No data is retrieved for ESS address iView

Hi all,

We have ESS deployed in portal and all the links are working. When I click the "Addresses" link under personal information workset, I can not see any data from backend. In ECC , I check the user's master data with PA30 and I have all information , including the address, there, but somehow it didn't get reflected in portal iView. Does anyone here have similar problem before and have a solution?

This is because you have to configure usecases for ESS Personal Information services under SPRO -> Personnel Management -> Own Data -> Change Application data and Usecase ....only then you will see the data on portal...
