No Communication Idoc generating for a particular account group

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue that, when I send a customer of particular account group to other systems, no communication Idocs are generating. When I send another customer of other account group it's generating successfully.

Kindly let me know how to configure the Idoc for solving the issue.

Experts... Kindly help !!

Hello,

  1. I guess you have to first understand the reason for customer not getting replicated. You can find this out from transaction WE02.
  2. The account group for which the customer was not getting replicated is it configured & available in the target system or client of SAP MDG Hub.
  3. Check if there is any value mapping need to be configured.
  4. Check if CVI customization is carried out properly between the BP and customer account group.
  5. Finally, you can re-process the IDOCS using BD87 transaction.
