if someone login remotely to the netweaver server,

is there a log file to keep track...

who try to login the system and try have exceed the limit,

to identify the particular user...that try to do malicious attack to the system

anyone

pls advice....

I think there is only one log on the server.The usual one

You have to design application so that it does the relevant logging for tracking activities in the application, that may include logging user information and activities done by the user.

you can find the netweaver logs in the following path


<SystemName>\saploc\<Instance>\JC70\j2ee\cluster\server0\log

this log doesnt show the user login to the system...

it is for development person to check the error /debug

...

Hi,

I referred to the same ... the application designer to log the activities in the application. The logged info can be read from the log file which was mentioned earlier.
