Where can we see the default host created for the trail account for provisioning of API in the integration suite.

For a deployed api proxy, it shows you the url in the header.

For an iflow, you need to look in Manage Integration Content, for Endpoints. You can locate the tile in Monitor/Integrations and APIs. You navigate here from the iflow designer after deployment from the Deployment Status Properties tab of the iflow.
