Hi Experts,

I have a story based on live model in S4. I recently changed to source system for live model from Dev system to QA system. Now when I am opening the same story from a url link, it is asking me Dev username and password and getting data from Dev system. It is not able to retrive data from QAS system.

And I am not able to find the path of the story. I tried to find it from search option in my files but I am only able to see backup story. I need to find the path from story. Please help here.

Hi Saurabh,

You can use the SAP__SAC_USAGE_FILES model and get the location based on the story ID. Select 'Parent Folder' to get the path.

Kind regards,

Hi Martijn,

I am not able to find the mentioned model. Do I need to install any standard content for the same?

The model is located in the following folder: SAC Content - Usage Tracking Content.

Hi Martijn,

I dont see SAC Contect folder in My file.

Do I need to ask Admin to share it separately with me?

Hi saurabh.lokhande,

Can you share a screenshot of the level where you can see the 'Public' folder?

Kind regards,

Hi Martin,

The folder was not shared with me by the owner. Once it was shared, I was able to see all stories and model inside it.

Regards,

Saurabh
