I need to prepare Templates of Functional Specs , and Technical Specs

Please share your inputs any examples or any links which is related to prepare these documents.

I don't think you'd get anything of that sort here. These templates are company specific and nobody can share them here. Aks anyone from your quality team. They should be able to provide you.
