Navigation by Date

Hi,

I like to Navigate query output by the date entered by user (it could be any date past/future). For which infoobject i will create variable, so that i can perform this operation?

You can create a variable or use the existing vairable in the infoobject 0calday.

Hey,

When i am creating variable for 0CALDAY, its only accepting those values which are in infocube. But i like to run query for any value of date. I don't want to perform anycheck with the values in infocube. How?

Addition to what Emerald said:

His/her p.1. - You can enter ANY VALUE for the date.

P.2. - Only values either posted or sitting in master data (depending on settings) may be chosen for restriction.

Hi,

If you want to change key date (date for time dependant MD) for query, you should go to Query properties, and select (or create) a variable. They are built on 0DATE character.

If you want to restrict your query by time character(e.g. Document Date), you should create variable for this time character
