My Inbox: No service found

We have installed front end components:

As per implementation App guide: we have installed  IW_PGW 100 SP level 9 in backend system.

IW_PGW             100         0009       SAPK-10009INIWPGW   Process Gateway

System Alias:

We are not able to find the services:

But I am getting TASKPROCESSING service with Default version System Alias. I am able to activate the service. But I am unable to find TASKPROCESSING service to Activate due to no service found with /IWPGW/BWF System Alias.

Do we need to install IW_PGW also in Front end gateway system?

I have gone through the all Forums and Masa,Tej and all Blogs. no luck.

Please help on this .

Hi Raghava,

Please share the doc link. If it has wrong information, we need to correct it.

As Ning has replied, IW_PGW should be in the frontend server.

Hi Masa,

I requested initially my basis team to install frontend system. But they installed this component in backend system based on the below link.

sap url: App Implementation: My Inbox - SAP Fiori for Request Approvals 1.0 - SAP Library

Issue is fixed now.

Please check the installation information for My Inbox in Fiori Apps LibraryFiori Apps Library

The Software Component UIX01CA1 200 and IW_PGW 100 is needed to be installed in your frontend server.
