My inbox does not auto refresh after purchase request approval SAP 19.09 FIORI S/4 HANA

My company recently migrated from SAP version 16.10 to 19.09. However, we noticed that my inbox does not auto-update the purchase requisition items after approval or rejection. Previously on version 16.10 updates normally after approve/deny.

With approval/rejection everything is fine. The only problem is that it doesn't auto-update after user decisions. Has anyone who has my inbox version 19.09 had the same problem?

Requisition Item List does not auto-update after approval. But when we click on the button to update the list of items is updated.
