month columns in Bew query

hi gurus

i have to create a query which columns are :

- January --> Current month (if current year)

- Januray to December (if not)

Variable entries are "year" & "plant".

please tell me how to do for the columns...

Dev,

I would just drill-across by Month, then turn on zero suppression. That would "hide" any columns where all values are zero, which presumably would be the case for future months.
