You can use the options already mentioned by others. Some sites create their owning reporting systems, loading to an ODS the status of Process Chains from table RSPCPROCESSLOG which will tell you when a chain started, finished, it's status, etc.

However, it you don't have a lot of process chains, maybe you just have teh process chain send an e-mail upon completion. You have to decide to what effort you need/want to go.

In NW 2004s you have the Admin Cockpit which is a better monitoring tool.

Use tcode RSPCM to monitor your process chains. When you first enter transaction, there will be nothing. Click on the "Create" icon to add process chains to the monitor. Once they are added, you can click on the process chain to review the last execution.

Hope this helps.

Transaction is RSPC, alternative you can go to :RZ20 > SAP BW Monitors > Double click and go to Process Chains.

Hi Ganesh,

1. Go to the process chain monitor.

2. right click on the last process of the chain --> displaying messages

3. go to Backg tab and scroll down to the end

4. The time you see there is the time in which the process chain has ended.
