The naming convention for module pool is....
SAPMXXXXX
or for customer module pool
SAPMZXXXX
The include inside will start with MXXXXX or MZXXXX

Custom Module pool can also start with SAPMY- and include as MY--
we have Z and Y in custom name space in SAP.
