Mobilink Server exit abnormally

I'm running SA12.0.1 and do the sync between consolidation database and ultralite. sometime the mobilink server was stopped with this windows event message:

maybe the mobilink server will restart, maybe not. Any problem will cause this ?

Are any errors logged in the mlsrv console logs (-o switch)? Were any crash logs/dumps recorded in the folder "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\\SQL Anywhere 12\\diagnostics"?

More information is needed. As Mikel pointed out in a comment to your original question, the MobiLink console log and and crash logs and dumps in the "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%SQL Anywhere 12diagnostics" directory will be the most useful pieces of information that will allow us to properly answer your question.
