I keep finding myself on the sybase.com homepage, after clicking on the Sybase logo top left - the conventional place for a link back to a site's home page. Even though I know to click on SQL Anywhere Forum, the natural place to click is top left - so I still do it. Maybe swap the labels & hyperlinks - or do others not find it an issue?

I would presume if "SYBASE" is what you see, then it should be Sybase what you get ;-).
Clicking on "SQL Anywhere Forum" take's you back to start, so IMHO everything is as it should be.

I'm not saying the links are doing the wrong thing, just that the largest and most prominently positioned link on every Forum page takes you out of the Forum rather than to the Forum's home page. However, if that is dictated by Sybase's branding style, then that's the way it has to be.
I agree with Reimer.... even though this took me a couple of clicks too many to learn the lesson. It works just like it should.
However... I would think that if I click on the SAP logo, it should take me to sap.com. It doesn't.
I think with the SAP logo it's just replicating the behaviour of the main Sybase website, so technically it's right.
As I understand it, the logo placement is all about branding. Sybase/SAP wants it there so that it looks like the rest of sybase.com. I'm not sure we have a choice in the matter.
