It seams that Using Eclipse with ABAP ADT and connecting to BTP Will not help for learning Purpose ..

Could you please advise with a Free Method  to Setup and run ABAP With Full Function to learn handling all  Cases ? Are there any free system that we can install or connect to , To practice ABAP ?

I don't know what you have found till now ("seems that"?), what is your issue.

If your "create Program" reference means creating a program of type Executable, use Classic ABAP, not ABAP Cloud (see "REPORT" restriction at https://help.sap.com/doc/abapdocu_cp_index_htm/CLOUD/en-US/abenrestricted_abap_elements.htm). As 1909 is no more available and 2022 is ABAP Cloud, only the trial 7.52 SP04 is possible to create Executable programs (and software SAP GUI for XXX).

Your sentence "It seams that Using Eclipse with ABAP ADT and connecting to BTP Will not help for learning Purpose .." concerns only your own learning requirements of Classic (= "old") ABAP, versus the modern ABAP development in BTP, RAP, Cloud, etc.

The Solution over Eclipse with BTP Trial didn't provide the Ability to create Program or using SAP GUI So Are these 2 features available over the new solution ?

I am going now to go to other Solution which is using Docker SAP ABAP Image then deploying it on the AWS Cloud , So Could you please Advise me with the all steps required including the AWS steps the Web link for the image please if available ? Thanks and appreciating your cooperation
