hi guys
Just I have a question regarding this SAP crystal report 2013, we tried to migrate the reports from the old computer to a new one, on the new computer when opening the reports it keeps asking about user id and password, can you please help us to fix this isue?.
thanks.
Hi,
Crystal Reports does not store database credentials.
The only time it doesn't prompt for DB credentials is when the report's connection is setup as a "trusted" connection so that it uses the Windows AD credentials to log-into the database.
