Microsoft Jscript Runtime error

Hi All,

I am getting the following error:

<b>Microsoft Jscript Runtime error

Object doesn't support this property or method</b>

when I try to start VC. I have already installed MSXML 4.0

I am using IE 6.0

Am I still missing something, please let me know.

Hi,

You have to install Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 on your client machine.

Check that Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1or higher.

Hi Rama,

Thanks for the response, I tried installing the Adobe SVG viewer 3.0

It gave me the message Installation failed saying that

The system cannot find the specified file, for

Software\Netscape

Software\realnetworks

Software\Adobe

but still the error seems to be no longer coming.

I am still not able to see any Element types available when I select the "Elements" tab. Could you suggest where I might be going wrong.

I checked the IE version it is 6.0 SP1

Hi Anurag,

Could you please tell us what steps you have performed sofar?

Check in the Control panel for 'Adobe SVG viewer 3.0', If it exists means, you have installed Adobe SVG viewer 3.0 successfully. Otherwise we can confirm that it has not been installed.

If this is not available in the Control Panel, then again download the Adobe SVG viewer 3.0 from Adobe site and install it again.
