method DISPLAY cannot be executed - Message no. WL 821

Hi,

For a particular PM notification workflow, User is unable to execute workitems in inbox.

In the worklog, the error message "method DISPLAY cannot be executed - Message no. WL 821"

"You do not have authorization to execute method Display"

is displayed..

But when we check the authorization, the user has authorization to the transaction mentioned in the method DISPLAY.

Please advice.

gotta! Users do not have authorisation to IQS23

Can you please tell me how can this authorization transaction help us!

Hi,

Please ask your Basis Team to give Authorization for this txn.

This txn.<b>IQS23</b> is being called in Display method of BUS7051. So you are getting this error.

They must be having access to <b>IW23</b> txn...Right?

After the authorization check fails. Start transaction SU53.

This will tell you which object caused. You then send that info to your basis team with the request to change your authorization profile.
