Message size limit in sap cloud integration

Hi,

There is always a debate between cloud integration vs ETL tool and when to use what especially when an org has both but managed by different teams.

One of the important factor is message size. However I have not come across any blog or piece of information that mentions the message size limit in cloud integration for each transaction. Can someone share the same?

Also if there are some points of considerations to make for CI vs ETL
