Hi Experts,
Weu2019re getting MDM session could not be authenticated exception. Error message says u2018Can not authenticate user session because user password is not specifiedu2019.
However, the password is properly maintained and once we refresh the session, the application works fine.
We checked the SAP Note "1392333" for the issue and it suggests "In order to solve this issue you will need to upgrade your MDM Portal Content (iViews) to higher versions".
I want to know is there any alternate way of resolving this issue instead of upgrade?

You should upgrade your mdm portal content.
If you didn't use custom development for your portal content it will be easy
