I have got enough space for the database to run.
To me it appears either the filessytem /etc or /usr/spool is full and thus the IPC pipes can´t be created...

Hi,
if you're an official SAP customer: did you open an official OSS message on queue BC-DB-SDB?
---
You do however seem to have a resource issue, maybe the filesystem where the IPC resources reside is full?
Please also mention your exact OS version and
check note <a href="https://websmp104.sap-ag.de/~form/handler?_APP=01100107900000000342&_EVENT=DISPL_TXT&_NNUM=628131&_NLANG=EN>">628131 to see if your OS parameters/settings are configured correctly to run the DB instance
Regards,
Roland
