Mark a document as unread in SBWP

Dear Experts,

I would like to know if it is possible to mark a document as unread in the Business Workplace (SBWP). This document has already been read and I would like to mark as unread.

Hi,

try function module SO_DOCUMENT_SET_STATUS_API1

OR else another SO_DOCUMENT* function module.

Thank you for your quick answer. I think i cannot resolve my problem with your proposal. My requirement is to allow users marking documents as unread in the transaction SBWP (not a program that mark a document as unread).

what is the reason for unmarking documents as unread again?

I don't think it is possible in the inbox.

A work around is to select the documents you're interested in and move them to another folder, like your private folder or a custom one.

Or to send them again with the same recipients.
