Mapping Trap.

Hi,

I received an email saying SAP-PI: ErrCat: Mapping trap has occurred in production.

I checked in message monitoring and sxmb_moni, but there are no failed messages. How to track the above one as there is no information about the interface.

you dont have any other information in your mail other than above text?

generally any mail alert configuration will have all required information to identify the interface, main part will be adding message id.

does you mail look like something below format? may be interface could be ICO type. check in adapter message monitoring.

ARe you getting any error mesages in RWB?

I believe this error is due to some connection issues internally in PI Server.
