Mapping Templates

Hi guys,

I'm trying to use a mapping template, but the option "Show Suitable Templates" doesn't appear available when I try to apply my template. I'm doing the following: I have one mapping template based on the same DT’s that I'm using in my message mapping and I mark the element source as well the element target, right-click on the element target and the option "Show Suitable Templates" is showed in grey... Do I miss something?

Note: XI 3.0 SP12

have a look at Notes 901113 and 951139 and see if it helps

XI 3.0 SP 12,i guess thats the past,you might wanna upgrade your SP:)

also whats your Java version?

My Java version is: 1.6.0_03

I know this is a old system, but is the only available for XI training courses.

Hmmm

can this be an issue with your Java version.

just try using Java 1.4.2 and see if it helps.even though newer versions of java do work but they have been known to give trouble sometimes
