Manual Restart of GRMG Scenarios needed

Hi,

I configured GRMG (CCMS) for Java Components for XI Server.It is successful. But the Scenarios get grayed now and then in transaction GRMG and it requires a manual start of the scenarios every now and then.

Kindly Post your views on this issue.

Hi Sudharshan,

Have you adjusted the GRMG Scenario Execution Frequency.

Call transaction RZ21.

In the Methods section, select Method Definitions and choose Display Overview.

Double Click GRMG_TRIGGER.

By default, the GRMG scenario execution is triggered every 10 minutes.

Modify the parameter CONN_TIMEOUT as required.

I don't know whether this will be of help. But just a blunt idea.

Hi Praveen,

I had this problem in my sand box server and changing the mentioned parameter did not help.

But I did the same configuration in my DEV server, it worked fine with out any issues.

I will change the parameter once again and get back.

I have the exact same issue..........

It seems that nobody has a solution.
