i have created web page for planning and added blank rows for manual entry.
What i can do now is to fill the boxes only by the help of search help.
Is there any way that i can fill the blank rows with directly? i mean both by search help and select entries from list and enter manually..
You can do settings for this in Query Designer for your plan query. Go to 'Extended' tab and select any of the below options for drilldown characteristics based on the criteria you want to fill your characteristics values in lead column of the query:
- Booked Values - Only those combinations of drill-down chars will be displayed for which transaction data already exists.
- Master Data: for the drilldown characteristics, all the characteristic attributes in the
data range is displayed in the rows (or columns), regardless of whether or not there is any
transaction data for the master data.
- Characteristic Relationship: combinations based on char relationships for drill-down chars will be displayed.
This will populate characteristic values in your layout with the values found based on any of the above selection.
