Hi Experts,
Need your help to understand which license type should require to manage the allocation rules in the SAC, whether it's planning professional or standard type of license.
I've gone through SAP help blog 'Features by License Type for Planning Models' and it is listed the 'Run allocation steps and processes' would be processed through standard type but my doubt is related to edit/manage allocation rules in the SAC.
Thanks in advance!
Hi anukul.giradkar3 ,
see SAC documentation on permissions: Link
Allocation Rules does not forsee M (Maintain) permission, but only CRUDE (Create, Read, Update,...). None of those permissions are flagged with "Planning Professional" in roles configuration.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Christoph

You can do the below with Planning standard license w.r.t Allocations. If by maintain you meant CRUD then yes you can.
Now to execute Allocations if you need Data Action and Multi Action then below is the matrix. You can run Allocation from stories directly too.
Please Note to create the Planning Model you need Professional license.
Please accept and upvote if this helps.
