Maintenance order printing getting time out

Hi Team,

We are printing the maintenance order from edit mode and from additional functions to print.

If the number of operations in the maintenance order is more (say 75 in our case) if we use the print queue and sent an output, it is throwing an error "500 internal server error".

So, instead of using the print queue we click on print preview so that the pdf will display and then printing it manually, but while doing it loading of PDF is taking the more time.

Could you please let us know the resolution/reason for the inconsistency.

Good day Yaswanth, I would recommend to create a ticket as Operations can validate the details for the 500 error (short dump). Make sure to provide a time stamp (incl. time zone indication), CB ID (user ID) and preferable steps to recreate the error. Component to select: XX-S4C-OPR-INC. Good luck! Esther
