Mail should trigger on Activate/Reject of a Customer change request

Hi All,

we have created a subworkflow in which we have created an activity and written our code in program exits for sending mail. Next step will be an event creator to end this subworkflow.

We have added steps in BRF+ tables also and it's triggering our code and mail sending is also working fine on submission of a CR.

Now i have to send mail on Activate/Reject of a customer CR.

For that where should I add steps in BRF+ tables?

Currently my BRF+ table looks like this.

Single Value Dec table

User agent decision table

Non user agent decision table

Can anyone tell me when approver reject the workflow with comments. How can i send those comments to user in email?
