lsmw urgent

hi,

i am using lsmw for data uploadin when i process the session in the foreground i am getting the successful message if i run the same process with different records the it is giving the error it is unable to process even a single record

i am using erp2005 with pscd module

please can anyone help me in this aspect

Hi naveen

Do the following process:

1. Record a BDC using SHDB on the transaction on which you are making a recording in the background mode.

2. compare the BDC code generated by SHDB with the recording you have in LSMW Recordings.

3. you can clearly know, what is going wrong and where?

4. In addition to this there might be other reasons for it to fail, for example in the PM module, you have to use different OK_CODEs in the back-ground mode using IBIP Processing. So I cannot give u a exact solution until I know what object you are working on.

as u said i did this recording yesterday only it is giving the same structure as the lsmw recording

same in recording also same thing happening it is processing in foreground n it is giving errors in background

as i said i am using erp2005 with pscd module

ya if i execute someother transactions in background it is working fine

can u guide me more in this problem

Hi Naveen

Is the error caused by the different set of records or because you are running it in background?

If it is because of a different set of records then check that flat file for data integrity.

If it is becoz of the foreground-background issue, presuming that you are using a recording, change your recording to support background processing.

hi sarat,

if i try to process a single record also it is not processing in the background but is working well in foreground and n in error mode also

u menstioned that to change the recording from foreground to background how to change it

even in recording background processing also iam getting the problem

so please try to help me sarat
