Hi

we are solved our problem by change Number of database records to previewing or refreshing a report from of 20000 to 500000 in CrystalReport2013 Application Server and CrystalReport2013 Processing Server and restart it.

go to business view manager. right click on the lov name (not the prompt group) and click on schedule list of value. it will ask you the recurrence as Now .. click ok and schedule it. check the status by double clicking on the lov name. if it says success then go to bi launchpad and view the report

In the Business View Manager, look at the Data Connection (DC) that the Data Foundation for the LOV is pointing to.  Make sure that you have saved the password in the DC.  Also make sure that it is set to not prompt the user for credentials when it is run.  Then save the DC.  Now try scheduling the LOV to make sure that it is working correctly.

click ok. this is the field that is being used by the LOV. if you have not provided password in the data connection then at the next screen on the bottom left corner you will be asked for database logon. provide the details and run it.
