Lost license key

My laptop was stolen last week and I lost all my information regarding Xcelsius.

I had a valid Xcelsius Engage 2008 license, but I lost all the information related to this license (key, download link). How should I proceed?

I sent them a message and they instructed me to go to http://www.findmyorder.com/question and get in contact with the Digital River team, which handles online orders. I'm waiting for their reply.

Ah, that sounds right. Since Digital River is a third party distributor, they should have your license and order information.

Yes, it worked!

They instructed me to go to http://www.findmyorder.com and look up my order by entering my e-mail address and last 5 digits of credit card entered on the order.

I could download the program again and use the serial to unlock it.
