Look and feel were missing

My portal GUI is not displaying ,It displaying only plain text ,It not showing any images or coloring as shown in below image,

Please tell me what is the problem in it.

Hello Raghu,

Quite interested to know the portal Release and Version which you are currently in.

Can you please check on with your default theme runtime provider for the Portal from the below settings,

1. Logon to SAP Netweaver Administrator

2. Navigate to Configuration -> Infrastructure -> Application Modules

3. Search for the com.sap.portal.themes.lafservice and select the service

4. Under Portal Service Details -> Check for the parameter

Determine what will be the theme runtime provider - Set it to LESS

5. Restart the Service and Portal
