Logon Ticket over SSL does not work

Hello,

I have implemented Logon Ticket between Portal and SAP systems. It works fine when connecting via SAPGUI or WebGUI on http. However when the backend system redirects http to https, SSO does not work. The user is presented with the logon screen.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Hello Mr.T,

have you imported the certificate of the https system into your portals trusted certificates?

Also: make sure, the domain relaxing works. (e.g. you have the same subdomain.company.tld structure) for both http and https.

This is rather vague knowledge, but maybe it helps.

Are you suggesting that the SAP https system's certificate needs to be imported into the Portal Visual Admin?

I don't think domain relaxation is the issue.
