Logon denied to InfoView

hi all

sap bo xi 3.1

i use license key from service.sap.com but when i try to log on to InfoView:

Logon denied: Your system does not allow the use of this application

or i try create new user:

You do not have any Concurrent User Licenses to make this user a concurrent user. You have 0 Concurrent User Licenses.

in license key area in cmc Named Users and Concurrent Users-0 Total Licenses

Hi Alex,

Same issue we faced in our environment but finally we struggled a lot and we changed the license key ..,it works!!!!

Login to CMC--> License Key--> Remove old key and Update with the new one..

hi all

i use default installation SAP BO XI 3.1 on windows XP with mysql and tomcat.

i have no integration kit. i use temp key from excel files and product BOE Premium CPU x 1

first i use key from the same excel file and it works ok but from this file...

Can you please confirm that you have a BO Enterprise and not a BO Edge installation?

I am a little bit confused. Do you get the keys from the excel file with the temporary keys or from another file? Can you confirm that the key is for XI 3.0/3.1?

You cannot install BOE 3.1 on Windows XP.

Please use a Server OS. This product will not run correctly on Windows XP.

Only client tools can run on XP, server side components have to be run on a server OS.

Install Win 2003 64 bits to get it working.

[repo_proxy 49] SessionFacade::checkLicenses - the current user hasn't got the rights to use this application

i use temp license key from servise.sap.com and add it to cmc

but in license information

so i cannot create enterprise user

What is your back end?

Is it SAP or some other database?

If it is SAP what about integration Kit?

For which product is the key you are using. I assume that you extracted it from the excel file containing the temporary keys.

Is there any key entry visible in the CMC under License keys?

You need Business Objects Enterprise License key with valid user licenses. Until you have an enterprise license, you SAP license key will not work - as the Integration kit sits on top of Business Objects Enterprise.

Are you able to log on to SAP using the same user name and password or are you using enterprise user name and password and cannot log on?

If you have no license key listed there then why don't you add key under license manager.

You can log on to Lic Manager and add your lic.

If you dont have permanent lic key you can go to service.sap.com and download tem key file.
