Are you able to log on to SAP using the same user name and password or are you using enterprise user name and password and cannot log on?
If you have no license key listed there then why don't you add key under license manager.
You can log on to Lic Manager and add your lic.
If you dont have permanent lic key you can go to service.sap.com and download tem key file.
There are couple of SAP Notes:

1418562 - How to add additional license key to BusinessObjects Edge series
1183769 - How do the Business Objects Enterprise 6 license key files work?
