Hi All,

i am going to change the format of logo from JPG to BitMap it is asking for

24-Bitmap,

256-color Bitmap and

16- color bit map.

but i dont know the difference between them.

which one is best among those.

please send your valuable answer bcoz it is very urgent to me.

Hi Satish,

The thing which you want to want know is regarding the resolution and the clarity of the picture which you are converting from <b>JPG</b> to <b>Bitmap</b>.

As the number goes 24-Bitmap is the best picture resolution and then comes the 16- color bit map and then comes 256-color Bitmap. So going by the way it is better to adpot for the 24-Bitmap.

Hi,

This are the BMP (bitmap) file format. In terms of size and resolution this is how you can order .BMP types

                       Size                Resolution 
                       ---------           ------------
Monochrome bitmap      Lowest- 1           Lowest- 1
16 Color bitmap                2                   2
256 Color bitmap               3                   3
24- bit Bitmap         Highest-4           Highest-4

If you do not care about color of logo, use "Morochrome format". If you care about color go for "24- bit Bitmap".

SAP also support to upload the image in TIFF format.
