Loading Master data for 2lis_13_VIDTM

Hi All,

I want to do a simple/basic exercise it will answer a lot of my questions once it is done.

I want to load [corresponding] Master Data for any datasource/extractor..e.g 2lis_13_VIDTM any fields even one field will suffice what I am after. I know this is a tranactional data source.

The questions in my mind are: how to find/connect the master data with transactional at extraction level, at dso level.

Best field will be which has text, attrubutes all things attached to it.

Kindly mention all the required steps or a website that has the details

Hi,

When you install your corresponding Infocube, you will get all the Infoobjects/Infosources with respect to both Master data and transaction data.

After the successful installation, you can got to Infosources Tab and check your Master data infoobjects which would have Attributes, Texts and Hierarchies.

The above scenario is only for standard data flow objects. If you have a customized data sources, then your Master data Infoobjects need to be identified carefully.
