Loading Hierarchy Through Flate file.

Hi,

I am in design mode of loading Hierarchy from flate file.

Could somebody suggest what would be the best option for loading Hierarchy either PSA or IDOC?

How it would Impact on performance.

IDOC is the preferred method as error handling is easier in this method.

As far as data layout of the flat file is concerned, the loading is easier with IDOC option for hiearchy. But please keep in mind the max length restriction for IDOC type transfer.

Performance wise, PSA is better. Though for hierarchy load from flat file, the data format would be more complex.
