LoadBalancer Script to distribute users amongst 3 XI servers

We bought 3x20 licenses residing on 3 Windows Servers. We would like to create a loadbalancer-script (asp or vb)that checks the remaining licenses amongst the three server and redirects the user to the server that has available licenses.

Is there any functionality that comes with XI?

Question: have you attended the course "SA310R2" (BusinessObjets Enterprise (BOE) XI R1/R2 Administering Servers-Windows)? As a part of the curriculum for this course we learn how to "join" a cluster of machines. In this concept one of the CMS' is the master and BOE will manage itself in the most efficient manner. There are several steps required to implement this concept properly so I'm not going to elaborate here, and no, I am not a BOE training/sales rep, just a very satisfied customer who had the opportunity to attend the training where these concepts are fully explained. With BOE there is much power, however, applying it incorrectly can cause much grief. If at all possible attend SA310R2 in-residence, otherwise over the web can be an option. Rest assured, once you're done with SA310R2 you'll not be looking for any other load balancer software....
