Link to open an ivew in new window

Hi All,

I am trying to create a link in iview which has to open another ivew in new window

without header and topnavigation.

i have tried with below code. but its opening with header and topnavigation.

But i want without header and topnavigation.

Just try this and let me know:

http://<host>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!z_mer_us_dev_fld!ravik!2fMy...

I guess <b>MyNews</b> is the <b>ID</b> of your iview.

Give this as the href value in the anchor tag.

Dont run the URL stand alone as it required authentication and you will get an "Access denied" error. Make sure the only way it is run is from the main page.

If that doesnt work, try giving the Authentication property for that target iView as anonymous.

I tried with your suggestion.

but still its opening the ivew with toplevel navigation and top header.

I my requirement , i want the only ivew content.

did you code

target="_blank"

in the <a> tag?
