You must have a copy to play around with if you are serious in learning the product. As to how you can get a copy, that is for you and your company to decide.
The instructor led course is very good too but as expected, there is cost involved.
Alternatively, if both options are not available to you then you are left with soft copy documentations. E.g Admin Guide, User Guides, What's New Guide for Xcelsius.
