Layout Set

Hello All,

I have a following requirements.I want to create a Layout set(Collection renderer and Resource Renderer) in such a way that the Subfolders should be displayed as tabs/buttons

Can any one guide me in acheiving this requirement?

Hello ALL,

I have seen the links and these are pretty useful.

My problem is that we are on EP6SP2 and these tab Explorer came into picture from SP11, so I really cant comment on whether I can use this explorere in SP2, since I am occupied with some other things as well.

One more thing, if I have to custom built this particular lay out set in SP2, then where do I begin from?

I would:

a) Export the laylout set and all underlying settings / classes from a NW installation;

b) try to import them into SP2 installation (but expect errors)

c) try to eliminate errors; this quite probably could include decompiling of the collection renderer class and recompile / change against SP2 installation classes.

This (probably) won't be done in seconds... (I think one to two days would be realistic, if you know the steps in general).

Could you specify this more in detail? I cannot imagine what you want to achieve concerning graphical representation as well as concerning functionality.

Hi Pradeep,

there is a LayoutSet called TabExplorer displays the subfolders as tabs. This LayoutSet was introduced somewhere around SPS11.
