Last login details for 100+ deleted users in SAP

Need to have last logon details for around 350 deleted users in SAP at a time. Is there any specific tcode/table/program?

General query if there is a possibility to find deleted users last login in SAP in single shot.

Below is the exact requirement:

1. Last logon of deleted users in SAP
2. List of tcodes/programs/jobs that are run by these deleted users within given period of time (days).

The last logon date is stored in table usr02. If you have deleted the IDs, this data is lost. You can only evaluate then the security audit log, if you have activated the logging before (SM19,SM20....)
Last activities can be achieved probably in ST03N.

Maybe other admins have some useful hints.
