Language Problem

Hi All,

I am using BO 3.1 and connecting to Oracle database 11g.

After creating and exporting the universe I tried to create a report using the webi but the Arabic data appears as question marks.

I want to know if there is any configuration that I can do or BO 3.1 is not supporting Arabic.

most likely you must configure the NLS_LANG variable, please see [https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1260474] for how-to

Thanks you very much, the problem was as you said in the NLS_LANG.

I change it an it works now.
