Kill portal user session

Hi all, I need to update an iView in the portal but that view is been updating for a user that is no longer connected. So the session is hanged on.

How can I kill that session through the portal, please?

Any help?

are you sure that it is because the user still has a session?

I guess the Object is just locked by the user. You can unlock it in the portal under System Administration > Monitoring > Portal > Object locks

Here you can see all the locked objects in PCD and unlock them if necessary.

If you really want to kill the user session you should use the Visual Admin.

You can do this in Security Provider > Login Sessions

Just mark the user and click on "Terminate Session" after Switching to Edit Mode
