Key Figure Bucketing

Could anybody please let me know how can I do bucketing for a key figure. Here is the requirement:

I already have key figures "Days to Resolve"(KF1) and "Number of Tickets"(KF2) in my Infoprovider.

I need several Key Figures (KF3, KF4 etc. ) based on the value of KF1.

KF3 (Tickets Resolved within 5 days) ---> should be calculated as total number of tickets with "Days to Resolve" < = 5)

KF4 (Tickets Resolved between 5-10 days) ---> should be calculated as Total Number of tickets with "Days ot Resolve >=5 and <= 10 etc.

Thanks,

SN

i believe there is a std query in AR which does the same bucketing on invoices. the name of it is :Accounts Receivable: Due Date for Net Payment Analysis. Might be the query is run on a different scenario .. but the logic behind would be applicable to you too...

If you still have doubts lemme know.
