I have read the answer on below link but not able to understand what is F5 configuration and i think we don't have such configuration in our environment.

Hi Ashwin,
F5 (BIG-IP) is a proxy used for i.e. VPN access and.
In general all proxy solutions or Load balancer solutions should have stickiness enabled to keep the session from E2E.
If you have a clustered SMP set up and use a load balancer in front of the SMP nodes, make sure the load balancer is set up for “ip stickiness”.
