I could not able to find an option JW tools in My portal
index.html ,how can i set the user mappings ,and how can i find the following
1. JW Tools
2. UserMappingAdmin
inorder to set the user name and password to connect sap system

how to find User Admin tab in portals, in my portal index.html i am able to see only 6 tabs.in which i can find .please infrom me.
You need to login as an administrator. Either get the admin credentials or ask the administrator to assign you this role.
what kind of role ,and what should i ask my administrator exactly inorder to get that.
Ask him to assign your user 'user_admin_role' role in your sandbox system so you can play around...
If you have the user_admin_role you should see the User Admin tab which has a menu for 'User Mapping'.
What is JW tools?
JW Tools is an tab using which u can set user mapping thats what i heard,but i couldn't able to find.
even i couldn't able to find user_admin_role ,User Admin tab also.please suggest me.
