Hi Team,
We have scheduled one job which updates the supervisors. At some instance we observed that, the job is not updating all the entries (where the supervisors are changed). But when we run the job Manually its picking the entries correctly around 500+. Where the same job picked 8 entries when scheduled.
We have enquired the job updates and logs, and its working fine as expected but just with the above difference.
We are using IDM 8.0, SP2.
If anyone faced similar issue , could you kindly suggest. Please let me know if additional information required.
Thanks,
Aravind.
Do you use dynamic values within you selections such as %ADMINMSKEY% which could restrict the processed/selected values?

Hi Aravind,
I haven't noticed such a behavior yet. Normally there is no difference in job execution between scheduled or manual start. The DB context and its permissons are the same.
Could there be an issue with the DB and/or the available data during the both executions? Did you try to schedule the job at a specific time and run it shortly afterwards manually? Do the results differ then as well?
As a side-note: IDM 8.0 SP2 is rather outdated. I would recommend to update to current SP (SP07) and patchlevel. But I would like to note that I do not see this problem directly related to an update.
Regards,
Alex
