Hi Hema

I received a similar message Error today;

For this type of Error.

check the configuration of the communication channel you are using.

If there is missing/wrong Entry in the module processing of the communication channel, then it results in this type of Error.

Once the communication channel is corrected, try to resend the message again --> it moves/passes from the adapter Engine..

Thanks

Hi,

You should provide the Administrator user credentials for JMS adapter.

Means the user name and password of the operating system on which JMS ( MQ series) is running and the user should have administrator privileges.

Thanks

Make sure that communication channel is active in ID

Also check if it is active in RWB - Communication channel monitoring

Hi Boopathi,

I have checked the communication channel, same error mentioned above is displayed.

Can you please let me know what can be the reason.

Does this means that there is not connection established between MQ series and XI.

Hi,

I thought this message status shows the "DELIVERED" in RWB-Message Monitoring.

Deactivate & Activate the JMS Adapter and check.

or

In MDT(Message Displaying Tool) select the Delivered messages and click on "RESEND" Option.
